Rancangan Malaysia Ketiga Belas (RMK13) merupakan rancangan jangka sederhana bagi mencapai matlamat Ekonomi MADANI untuk menjadikan Malaysia sebagai Peneraju Ekonomi Asia dan Meningkatkan Darjat Hidup Rakyat. RMK13 adalah kesinambungan Rancangan Malaysia Kedua Belas yang mengandungi pelbagai reformasi yang didambakan oleh rakyat bagi memaknai aspirasi Malaysia MADANI. Kajian Separuh Penggal Rancangan Malaysia Kedua Belas (KSP RMKe-12), 2021-2025 disediakan bagi mengukur pencapaian sasaran bagi tempoh dua tahun pertama serta menghadapi cabaran-cabaran getir yang menjejaskan aspirasi RMKe-12. Penyediaan KSP RMKe-12 akan merangkumi kajian semula sasaran, strategi, inisiatif, program dan projek pembangunan bagi mencapai matlamat pembangunan serta pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif dan mampan.
